I like that it is a natural supplement that I can take to help with hot flashes, night sweats and moodiness. I have been taking them for about a month now and have definitely noticed a decrease in waking up drenched. The hot flashes are not completely gone but are very minimal and more tolerable when I have them.

I suddenly began to experience Menopause symptoms...particularly HOT FLASHES!! After taking these supplements for 2 days, the hot flashes were gone...night sweats were gone...lighter mood and an overall sense of well being showed up. These work well for me. I will continue to but these...actually will likley put these on subscription order so I am never without them.
