Ashwagandha was suggested to me by a medical professional. I honestly don't see a big difference in taking these, but I trust the process. I've been feeling better lately, and I'm not entirely sure if it's the pills or the increased exercise, maybe a little of both. The dosage is two pills per day, and I find they go down just fine with a glass of water.

I take ashwagandha daily and usually use gummies but don't like all that added sugar. These capsules are a great alternative to that.
The strength is on par with what I am used to and I have not noticed any ill effects. I find these easy to swallow.

This has black pepper, which helps the body absorb the ashwagandha better. That’s a big plus for me. I feel more calm, happy, and energetic. As a bonus, I've also noticed my libido improve
